
At long last, we’ve reached the finals of Teen Movie Madness. It has been a long, difficult battle, but last week, two-thirds of you voted for 90s over 80s in both of our matches, saying goodbye to John Hughes heavyweights The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller's Day Off. This leaves us with a bracket that looks like this:

And now we’re here! This is what I’ve been lobbying for all along. But now that I’m sitting at my laptop, getting read to face off against Megan no h in this final battle, I’m filled with a mix of both excitement and dread. I’ve rewatched both films for SCIENCE, and this is my Sophie’s Choice moment. Not actually, because obviously Clueless should win. Obviously. But I love 10 Things, too, and fighting against it is going to be so difficult! Alas, we must choose a winner. Bring it, Megan.
