Hi everyone, how was your weekend? Mine was super weird. I got to partake in a centuries old hazing school tradition that involved deep-frying a cucumber, asking small children to draw on my face, performing an original rap song, and a university-wide foam fight. Pro-tip for those of you hosting parties soon: if you want to discourage people from using your upstairs bathroom, get a spinner from a Life board game, put a shot on each stair step, and make people spin their way to the top of the stairs every time they need to pee. It really cuts down on bathroom lines, but be aware that some of us WILL go outside and pee in your back garden. Anyway, since I always seem get stuck with the Cover Story post after random Sunday-night benders, here I am. Let's all try to guess the plot of a YA book we know nothing about, based solely on its terrible, terrible cover.

Leah has spent all of high school longing to be popular. So when she finally wrangles an invite to class president, quarterback, and mega-hottie Painter Travis’ annual oyster roast, she needs the night to be perfect.
